MV Editing

TERMS OF SERVICE

General
- I maintain the right to reject a commission without any explanation
- I can decline requests if it's something I can't do or don't feel comfortable with. (Check do's & don'ts below..)
- The client is required to credit me! (example: url or mention in description) It needs to be visible & easy to access.
- I retain the right to post commissions on social media & my portfolio. Temporary private works can be discussed.
- I charge +50% privacy fee when you require an NDA. This is to compensate for the lack of exposure.
- Do not claim any banners, videos, animations etc. commissioned from me as your own work!
- I do not provide project files, nor disclose any presets to you for any reason.
- You are responsible for making sure that all the assets/footage provided to me are allowed to be used.
- You're not allowed to edit, or redistribute or resell my work without permission.
- I do not approve the usage of my works for AI learning.
- Any abuse towards me or harassing me to do free work will result in a blacklist
- Make sure you're either above 18, or have permission from a parental guardian to make any transactions.
Payment
Final prices are calculated by base price + VAT of 7%.
All payments are in EUR via Paypal invoice. If you don't have Paypal, I may accept Ko-fi as alternative.
By default all commissions are to be paid fully before delivery!
Upon accepting the final preview, I will send you the invoice.
After the payment has been completed, I will deliver you the files.
Do not issue any chargebacks, in the event of a chargeback, you will be blacklisted & blocked.
Delivery time
Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
Please note that revisions may affect progress and timeline.
If you have a deadline, fast & clear communication will be required to avoid any delays.
Submitting the form
Make sure to fill in the commission form as detailed as possible.
I will use my own inspiration, if no specific details are provided.
Please attach all the necessary files (audio, images, video files) for video-editing or animation commissions.
Revisions for video commissions are unlimited, but only minor changes and fixes are allowed.
Any major revisions like re-doing the majority of all the work won't be accepted for free.
You're allowed up to 2 free re-renders, any further re-renders (after will cost you €5 each)
work process
After submitting & filling in the form, the commission will be added to the waitlist once I have accepted it.
Your commission will be put in 'WIP status' in my Trello once I started working on it.
You're always able to follow my work queue, and checkup on the progress.
I will show you screen recorded previews during the process.
Once you're satisfied with the result I show you, will I deliver the commission upon payment.
You're free to ask any questions if you have any, but please don't rush me.
